SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping:

     We hand deliver all packed orders to USPS daily. The reason we use the postal service is that when compared to other shippers, USPS ships by dimension not by weight which is much more reasonable because the volume and type of oil used will determine the weight of each order shipped. If you would like expediated shipping please contact us before ordering so we can provide you a cost comparison. Shipping delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. A tracking number will be emailed to you if you provide your email during the checkout process.

Shipping Charges:

     These are shown during checkout and include any handling fees.

Backorders

     If the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock, we will provide you with an expected shipping time by a follow-up email. If you would like to change your order, no problem, just contact us.

Multiple shipments

     The merchandise you order can be shipped to multiple addresses and if these will be gifts, no receipt will be included in the shipment. Please let us know if you have any other special requests.  

Return & Exchange Policy

     If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund, less the original shipping and handling. You may also exchange the product for another of equal value plus shipping and handling. 

     Returns are accepted for up to 10 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. All items will be inspected before any decision is made on refunds.

     If the parcel is received damaged by the carrier please refuse the package and notify me with supporting photo documentation via our "Contact Us" page or email at nutricius.clean@gmail.com. Photo documentation will allow us to register a dispute with the carrier and request reimbursement. If settled, the shipping cost will be forwarded to you as well.
